Croatian radio constantly broadcasts programmes in several languages aimed at tourists visiting Croatia.
A special radio programme in English 5-10 minutes long is broadcast on Croatian Radio First Channel on a daily basis. Croatian Automobile Club (HAK) reports on traffic and road conditions as a part of the daily news on the Second Channel of the Croatian Radio. The reports are read in English, German and Italian. Special news for boatmen is broadcast several times throughout the day.
Every day hour on the hour the Second Channel of the Croatian Radio broadcasts alternately news and road and traffic conditions directly from the following studios: Third Program of the Bavarian radio, Third Programme of the Austrian Radio, RAI Uno, British Virgin Radio. Special news for boatmen is broadcast in English and Croatian throughout the day.
